Almost there

We have less then 2 days to go until I have my first ob/gyn appointment for my little Jelly bean! We're here at week 9, and I've never felt so tired ALL THE STINKIN TIME! Ugh! I'm not sure what to do to change it, because I can't have caffiene. And I start a job, with c3 again, on the 18th I was lucky enough to take the 7-3 shift, I'm not entirely sure how I'm going to function in the mornings like that :( But I'm more willing to wake up early and see my husband then sleep in and not see my husband until 11:30pm. If you have any suggestions that would wake me up that would be fantastic!
We have also been having car issues again, Ethan is pretty sure that we might know how to fix it, the engine fans have their own relay and it looks pretty tattered and beaten up, so we're hoping that will be the trick to fix it! Stupid cars, and after we fix the Civic, we're going to move onto the Camry, it's been pretty consistant in not starting after we drive it for 5 minutes, so we're hoping there is some kind of trick or test that we can do to figure it out, it stresses me out really when we drive in the camry. So I'm stranded at home with nothing to do except catch up on my Grey's Anatomy (even though I'm pretty sure I get choked up with every episode) Freakin hormones!
All in all I'm pretty excited for Thursday, hopefully we'll have some sort of picture/update and what not.

As for the tired thing, that will start to get a little better over the next few weeks as you enter your second trimester and come down from your caffeine addiction. :) Drink a glass of cold water in the morning. I also find that showering in the morning instead of the evening helps me get going. Try to get the blood flowing by moving around as much as you can and that always helps too.

As for getting choked up during movies and shows, well, I got choked up during Mulan at work today so sorry, that only gets worse. :-)

Yeah I hope you doctor is the type that does an ultra sound that first visit. Only one of the 3 doctors I had did an ultrasound that first visit.

Yay I'm excited that you have your first visit so soon!! I really hope you get an ultrasound the first time! Can you believe that in 5 weeks you can find out what you're having? Have you talked to Mary yet?

As for sleep...If you have to wake up really early I would say go to bed by 9 or 10!!

Amy, I recently read a news article that said if you want to feel more awake in the morning to spend 5 minutes outside. I realize that it is dark and cold outside in the early morning hours but they said that being around nature helps alert your brain and wake it up. I hope your first appointment goes well! Good luck!
